RETURNS

Unfortunately, for hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

DAMAGED/DEFLECTIVE PRODUCTS

If you received the lashes damaged then we will happily refund or exchange this for you within 14 days of you receiving the lashes. Please note that you will be responsible for paying your own postage costs when returning the lashes to us. Postage costs are non-refundable.

To be eligible for a refund the lashes must be in the original packaging, in the same condition they were received in and unused. If you need a refund please email infoviennalashes@gmail.com and in the subject write 'refund my order', include your order number and an image of the lashes as arrived.

When your order has been returned to us, an email will be sent to notify you that it has been received by us and your return will be checked. If your refund is accepted, it will be processed and within 10 days your refund amount will be applied to the original payment method.

To be eligible for an exchange the lashes must be in the original packaging, in the same condition they were received in and unused. If you need an exchange please email infoviennalashes@gmail.com and in the subject write 'exchange my order', include your order number and an image of the lashes as arrived.

When your order has been returned to us, an email will be sent to notify you that it has been received by us and your exchange will be checked. If your exchange is accepted, it will be processed and we will send out a new pair.

DISCLAIMER

Every single pair of our lashes are individually handmade, therefore some styles may differ slightly from the image.

It is the customers responsibility to pay returns postage.
